After shoulder and foot surgeries, Linn came to iG101 with a clear vision: feel strong again, shape her body, and be able to smile at her reflection.

At our first “get-to-know-meeting” I felt that this guy WANTS me to succeed, but that I have to have the attitude that nothing comes for free, it will require training and awareness of food. 

After the first PT session I got such bad muscle pain and since then Marco has been given a new name: “the PT tyrant”! He pushes with a smile on his face and encourages when he sees that you are at the limit. I can be angry, tired and frustrated, yet he gives me the energy to finish the session. 

He is always mentally present during the session so all I need to do is go there and perform, the Tyrant takes care of the rest! But it has paid off! Without him I wouldn't have gotten into the routine, lost more weight than I dared to think and got in shape that forced me to buy a new wardrobe.

“I started at 60 kg in 2016, quick on the basketball court, but constantly injured and feeling too skinny.

After tearing my meniscus and dealing with jumper’s knee, I realized I didn’t just need speed, I needed strength, resilience, and better mental clarity.

Now at 82 kg, I’ve built a body that feels just as strong as it looks.

But this transformation was never just about aesthetics, it was about creating a lifestyle that supports energy, longevity, and balance.

I eat 90% clean, mostly meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, and mushrooms, and I avoid inflammatory foods. But I’m not perfect, and I don’t try to be. I still enjoy cookies, the occasional burger, or a good pizza.

Because honestly, who doesn’t love a proper burger?

I’ve tested everything from gut health to longevity strategies and built habits that actually work for my body.

I also use a few key supplements that support my training and recovery: creatine, glucosamine, omega 3-6-9, magnesium, and collagen.

My go-to pre-workout? A strong coffee blended with coconut oil, cacao powder, caramel, and honey, simple, natural, and effective.
