iG101 CLIENT POLICIES

Welcome to INDUSTRIAL GYM 101™. To ensure your success and maintain the premium quality of our service, please review the following client policies based on your membership tier: Bronze, Silver, or Gold.

iG101 Fitness App Policy (Powered by Virtuagym)

Purpose:

To streamline your fitness journey and ensure real-time support through our training app.

Usage Guidelines:

• All training sessions are assigned directly in the iG101 app.

• Clients must mark each workout, with weights included as completed to allow accurate progress tracking.

• You can use the “Create Workout” feature if you’re training solo, attending classes, or modifying a session.

• Use the calendar view to review your workout history and upcoming schedule.

Coach Support:

Your coach will review your workout data regularly. If you experience technical issues, please report them within 48 hours by emailing support@industrialgym101.com

CANCELATION POLICY

Purpose:

To maintain a fair and structured system for 1-on-1 coaching.

Bronze (3 Months):

• Cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance.

• Missed or late cancellations cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

• Notify your coach via email only (response within 48 hours).

• Repeated no-shows may result in reduced booking access.

Silver (6 Months):

• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

• One late cancellation may be rescheduled every 3 months.

• Notify your coach via Email or WhatsApp (response in 24–48 hours).

• Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to reduced support.

Gold (12 Months):

• Cancel at least 12 hours in advance.

• One emergency same-day reschedule per month is allowed with WhatsApp notice.

• Priority rescheduling and support via WhatsApp (response within 24 hours).

BOOKING POLICY

Purpose:

To secure coaching sessions and encourage schedule consistency.

Bronze (3 Months):

• Book all your sessions at the start of each month via the Virtuagym app.

• Navigate to: Appointments → + → 1-1 Meeting.

• Slots are first-come, first-served. Booking 4 weeks ahead is advised.

• Rescheduling requires 24+ hours’ notice.

Silver (6 Months):

• Book weekly sessions via the app or by messaging your coach.

• Booking 2–4 weeks in advance is recommended.

• One reschedule per month allowed with 24-hour notice.

Gold (12 Months):

• You receive priority booking and can reserve up to 3 months in advance.

• Same-day changes allowed once per month, depending on availability.

• Direct WhatsApp support available for scheduling.

WEEKLY FOLLOW-UP POLICY

Purpose:

To ensure progress, track results, and support habit development.

Bronze (3 Months):

• 15-minute weekly check-in via app or email.

• Share updates on workouts, challenges, and nutrition.

• Coach responds within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).

• Missed check-ins are not rescheduled.

Silver (6 Months):

• 20-minute weekly check-in by call or WhatsApp.

• Prepare notes on energy, stress, food, and training.

• Used to guide your plan every 3 weeks.

Gold (12 Months):

• 30-minute weekly deep-dive session (video, phone, or in-person).

• Includes lifestyle, sleep, stress, and habit coaching.

• Full review after every check-in.

PROGRAM CHANGE POLICY

Purpose:

To keep your training and nutrition personalized as your body and schedule evolve.

Bronze (3 Months):

• Program updates every 4 weeks.

• Request changes 48 hours in advance.

• Late requests will be applied to the next cycle.

Silver (6 Months):

• Program updates every 3 weeks.

• Submit changes at least 36 hours in advance via email or WhatsApp.

Gold (12 Months):

• Program updates every 2 weeks.

• Submit changes 24 hours in advance for guaranteed implementation.

• You may request additional small adjustments as needed.

PROGRAM PAUSE POLICY

Please note: iG101 programs are time-based and designed to build consistency and results. As a result, pausing your program is not allowed once your package has started.

Exceptions may be considered only in the case of:

• Verified medical issues or injuries

• Major family emergencies

• Serious health complications

Any request for a pause must be submitted in writing, with relevant documentation if required. Approval is at the discretion of the head coach and will be assessed case by case.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase

  • You must provide before and after photos with visible dates

  • Include your starting and current weight with the date on the image

  • Attach your order number and email confirmation

  • Show proof of active participation (e.g. completed workouts, login activity, opened materials)

TRANSFORMATION POLICY

We know that real change takes consistency, effort, and the right structure. Our programs are designed to help people of all backgrounds achieve lasting transformation, physically and mentally.

To submit a valid transformation:

  • Follow the full program, including workouts and nutrition

  • Provide date-stamped before and after photos

  • Record and submit your starting and current weight

  • Submit within 30 days of completing the program

  • Show consistent effort throughout the journey

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Applies only to digital programs

  • Physical products, discounted items, and gift cards are non-refundable

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Offer valid for Silver Package (6-month) purchases only

  • Referrer and new client each receive 1 free month of online coaching

  • Referral code must be entered at checkout by the new client to activate the offer

  • Offer valid for new clients only (referrals must not have trained with IG101 before)

  • Free months are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

  • No referral limits, refer multiple friends and earn multiple free months
