I started at 60kg in 2016. Quick on the basketball court, but constantly injured and feeling too skinny. Tearing my meniscus and dealing with jumper's knee wasn't just a setback, it was the moment I understood that speed without strength is just borrowed time.
I didn't need a new training plan. I needed a new philosophy.
Now at 82kg, I've built a body that performs as well as it looks. But this was never about aesthetics. It was about building a life that runs on energy, resilience, and clarity, not caffeine and willpower.
I eat 90% clean. Meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, mushrooms. I avoid inflammatory foods, not because I follow rules, but because I've tested what works on my own body for years. And yes, I still eat cookies, the occasional burger, and a proper pizza. Because consistency beats perfection every single time.
My go-to pre-workout is a strong coffee blended with coconut oil, cacao powder, caramel, and honey. Simple. Natural. Effective.
