INDUSTRIAL GYM 101™ is currently a fitness and wellness blog. We publish articles, case studies, and a weekly newsletter about training, nutrition, recovery, and habit change for professionals. We are not currently selling 1-on-1 coaching or digital programs, the policies below describe how we handle your data, the limits of the content we publish, and the standards we hold ourselves to if and when paid programs return.

Transformation Policy
Real results. Backed by commitment.
Every transformation documented on this site reflects real work from real people. There's no universal timeline, some clients saw meaningful change in weeks, others in months. What every transformation shared was the same three things: showing up, following the plan, and putting in consistent effort.
This policy describes the standards we used to verify transformations during our coaching programs and the standards we will apply again if and when paid programs return.
What counts as a verified transformation
Following the full program, including training and nutrition
Date-stamped before and after photos (front, side, back)
Starting and current weight, recorded with dates
Submitted within 30 days of completing the program
Evidence of consistent effort across the journey
Progress tracking checklist
Day 1 and Day 30 photos; front, side, and back
Starting measurements and weight
Dated entries for every photo and measurement
Optional but recommended: weekly or bi-weekly updates
Final photos and current weight at program end
Refund eligibility (when applicable)
During active paid programs, clients who followed the program fully without seeing results were eligible for a full refund, reviewed case by case. This applied only to digital programs, physical products, gift cards, and discounted items were not eligible.
This policy is not currently active, because no paid programs are being sold through this site at the moment. It is published here as a statement of standards, so you know what we stand behind when programs return. Anyone who participated in past programs and has an outstanding refund question can email info@industrialgym101.com.
The three things that make a transformation real: consistency, accountability, and effort. No policy replaces those.
Changes to These Policies
We may update these policies as our content, services, or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. If we begin offering paid coaching, digital programs, or other services, additional terms (booking, cancellation, refunds, etc.) will be added here, and newsletter subscribers will be notified before they take effect.
